The Masseria is 271 acres, of which 62 acres are cultivated with vineyards, 24 with citrus, and 12 with olive trees. The other lands are used for grazing, and are covered by the typical and natural vegetation of the area, the “macchia mediterranea”. Something very special in the farm are two lakes, of which one is 5 acres and has the most great extension among private lakes in Basilicata.

In the agritourism, inside the Masseria, guests are given an experience of real contact with rural life, in the heart of Basilicata, far from any kind of mass-tourism.
