Sixty-two acres are cultivated with vineyards. There are local varieties of wine grapes: primitivo, negroamaro, aglianico, fiano and greco, but also chardonnay, merlot e cabernet sauvignon.

The espalliers, grown with spurred cord, have a planting density of 225 for 112 cm. In fact there are almost 1700 vines in a acre.

The cultivation is conducted with great respect for the environment.
